Here at North Auburn Health & Rehabilitation Center, we currently have an opening for a PT Front Desk Receptionist to work the weekends and some evenings. We offer a COMPETITIVE WAGE AND BENEFITS package DOE
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments for our residents
- Minor clerical duties as assigned by Executive Director
Qualifications:
- Ability to organize, plan and work autonomously
- Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, familes, community members, volunteers and other facility staff
- Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about working with long-term care residents and the geriatric population
