The Website Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing active customers following the billing process.
What You’ll Do
Drive a high level of customer satisfaction for our website clients through prompt response times and solutions
Provide real-time website maintenance, technical, and user support, providing recommendations for improvement using best practices
Support our Web Services products through general maintenance, bug ticketing, account challenges, and retention efforts
Act as the liaison for website redesign requirements and best practices
Identify & share upsell opportunities with the team of account executives
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of customer service experience
Experience in organizing multiple projects working with customer needs
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to internal and external customers
