This role will contribute to improving the user experience across enterprise web properties, driving e-commerce growth and building brand love online.

Amway is the leading direct selling company in the world and the Global Social Media team is responsible for building awareness of Amway and its product brands, making it easier for Amway Business Owners to attract customers. The team develops social media, social listening, web content, and SEO / SEM strategies; manages enterprise social media management and listening platforms; manages social channels; develops web and social content, guides the organization on social, web and SEO/SEM best practice and much more.
The team operates from Amway’s World Headquarters and collaborates with myriad cross-functional partners, including Creative Solutions, Technology, Brand Marketing, Legal and Government Affairs, and global Amway affiliate teams around the world.
What’s special about this role:
In this role, you will develop web content and commerce strategies and best practices to support the Amway global enterprise. You will partner closely with technology, brand management, social media, creative solutions, data and analytics and other teams to ensure that web content and commerce strategies are holistically integrated across initiatives such as brand restages, product launches, programs, apps, etc. You will own multiple web projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are executed smoothly, on schedule, and within scope, consistent with UX and SEO best practices and style guidelines. You will clearly understand site performance, analyze trends and business results, and use this data to develop new actions to improve results. You will support website optimization strategies that improve user experience and demand generation and, all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in web content and commerce strategy and planning, web content creation, and digital communications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with tracking and reporting web content and commerce performance
- Understanding of UX, e-commerce and SEO best practices
Skills to be successful in the role:
- Demonstrated superior communication and writing skills are essential
- Project management skills, planning, executing, and meeting project deadlines
- Talent to influence without authority, with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to lead and execute web strategies that ladder up to broader brand and enterprise growth strategies
