The position is perfect for a hard working reliable individual. We seek a very special individual that is highly motivated, self-starter, with a calm pleasant disposition. The job offering is for Crew Chief for Water, Fire, Mold Mitigation working teams. We will consider both experienced and non-experienced candidates with the right attributes and are willing to learn quickly and work hard. The following will outline some requirements for this position:

• Have reliable transportation to Hillsborough office to start work at 8am.
• Able to pass a background and drug test that may be reproduced yearly.
• Neat, clean appearance some company lettered clothing will be provided
• Calm, disposition and able to work with customers to make them feel safe and assisted
• Strong time management
• Ability to multitask
• Problem solver
• Computer literate and able to learn, follow and comply with industry programs
• Able to lift minimum of 40 pounds
• Able and willing to work nights and weekends as needed on a rotational on call schedule
• IICRC certifications a plus but will train right individual for required certifications

All positions must be willing to work all required overtime and will be put on a rotation for weekend and after-hours emergency service calls.
