Warranty Representative Job at Richfield Homes, LLC
Key Objectives:
· Ensure that all work completed is done to Richfields standards
· Resolve qualifying homeowner warranty requests within 10 business days.
· Deliver customer satisfaction that leads to customer referrals.
Education / Experience / Skills:
· Excellent planning and organizational skills including the ability to keep detailed documentation.
· Cordial and approachable personality and ability to remain professional in stressful situations.
· Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize/re-prioritize tasks as needed.
· Knowledge of residential construction as hands-on ability to complete light drywall, paint, and light finish carpentry punchwork.

Responsibilities / Tasks:
· Conduct homeowner orientations (walk-throughs) jointly with Construction Managers prior to closing
· Evaluate homeowner requests for service to determine if they are warrantable items. Communicate effectively all items that will be corrected and which items will not.
· Communicate with Head of Warranty to ensure work orders get sent to the appropriate trades to ensure requests are getting done in a timely manner
· Complete light repairs yourself at times to maintain goodwill to customers and a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Display a willingness to help homeowners while maintaining a professional demeanor when presented with escalated situations.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
