The Warranty Administrator, will deploy and facilitate the quality culture in NEMA Motors within Motion Business in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Ensuring and controlling quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations and representing the customer’s voice within local teams, providing customer experience feedback and input. Handles all after shipment customer service claims to completion. Interfaces with plant engineering, quality, warranty personnel and customer service to resolve complex customer issues.

Your responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze disposition and expediently remedies request for customer corrective actions, return for analysis or warranty claims entered into the BUS (Baldor Unified System) Return / Authorization system. Assist Baldor sales group in finding qualified world wide service facilities.
- Provide support in supplying of parts and technical resources when required to serve our customers. Quality System collection of data, reporting, data analysis and improvement initiatives will be required on a monthly basis for warranty, customer complaints and other quality system measurements.
- Order repair parts through the renewal parts organization and be capable of ordering replacement orders into the manufacturing plant
- Administer Baldor Warranty Policies in a fair and impartial manner on behalf of the Plant. Process returns and warranty in the BUS (Baldor Unified System) and WRAP systems.
- Place warranty orders in the BUS (Baldor Unified System) system. Evaluate and target warranty improvement initiatives from warranty data and report monthly on progress against the warranty metrics for the plant.
- Remedy customer issues, document and communicate warranty reports and procedures to sales and the customer
Your background
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 0-2 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 2 years experience OR High School Diploma / GED with minimum 4 years experience.
- Preferred Experience Includes:
- Proficient in use of computer office software, BUS (Baldor Unified System) and WRAP. Knowledge of the fundamentals of production, inventory control, planning system, parts master/product structures, shop floor control system, stock location system, sales order processing system, shipping system, as evidenced by the ability to utilize the WRAP and BUS (Baldor Unified System) systems to accomplish expected results
- Experience with motor repair, motor service shop business mechanics, blueprint reading, engineering BOM’s (Bill of material).
- Knowledgeable with RGG product lines which include stock and custom designs, including but not limited to: RPM DC, RPM AC, Reliance Standard Medium and Small AC, Navy & Nuclear, Specialty Mining and Submersibles. (frame sizes 48-5000).
- Knowledgeable of Agency requirements including but not limited to: UL component listings, CSA, MSHA, UL explosion proof, ATEX, ISO9001, 10CFR50 Appendix B. (frame sizes 48-5000)
- Knowledgeable of RGG customer specific features and designs, including but not limited to: drill rig duty, crane & hoist duty, shaker duty, inverter duty, easy clean, wash-down duty and mill duty. Knowledge of motor accessories, including but not limited to: brakes, tachometers, encoders, blower motors and blower wheels
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
