Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Regional Access is a specialty, natural and local foods distributor that services accounts throughout NY State and parts of the North east. Primary duties to include, but not be limited to, order picking, checking, product handling and stocking, loading/unloading of trucks and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES A successful candidate for employment at Regional Access will: Be reliable and dependable. Possess computer skills, and an ability to learn our internal inventory management software (ACCTivate). Accurately follow directions or seek assistance when needed. Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback. Excellent verbal communication skills; outgoing and friendly demeanor. Ability to perform repetitious activities. Able to work a flexible schedule, which will include night shifts and weekends. Candidate must possess their own reliable transportation. Ability to operate power jacks and forklifts or to be trained to. Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe and constructive work environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Requires walking for entire shift; must be able to climb up a 2 step stool and short ladder. Ability to lift and carry product weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently; push and pull, squat and kneel with product weighing up to 25 lbs. and grabbing up to 40 lbs. Must utilize a pallet jack or power jack to move product weighing up to 2000 lbs. Repetitive arm and hand movements; manual dexterity to wrap pallets, package and stock product.

The schedule for this position requires night shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday and rotating Friday evenings as well as rotating Sunday morning shift. The end time for the night shifts and Sunday shifts will vary week to week so flexibility is a must. This position is full time 40 hours/week.
