Revo Brands sells innovative shooting, hunting and cutlery products to outdoor enthusiasts under our 2 brands, Real Avid and Outdoor Edge. We are an entrepreneurial growth company seeking warehouse order selectors to work in warehouse operations including but not limited to production, distribution, and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

We are seeking warehouse order selectors that will work primarily at our Plymouth, MN location with our Outdoor Edge brand (may need to work at our Brooklyn Park facility occasionally).

Specific responsibilities include:

• Pull orders in accordance with pick tickets and standard operating procedures.
• Ship orders using any of the following: PaceJet, Fedex Ship Manager, UPS Worldship, Endicia, or other shipping platforms.
• Unload product from containers, LTL carriers, as well as parcel shipments
• Organize and stack product by item number and verify the number of cartons, qty per cartons, and follow receiving directions.
• Work with Bill of Materials to package our bulk product into either clam or box packaging in accordance with customer requests and production orders.
• Follow directions from Site Managers/supervisors, department leads to ensure product is available just-in-time and is readily available for distribution.
• Follow directions for storage of product or replenishment of pick locations.
• Follow 5S and Lean standards to keep a clean and organized warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers/supervisors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience in production or distribution warehouses preferred
• Other relative experience (ie retail settings) preferred if no warehouse experience
• Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office.
• Self-starter that is flexible and thrives in a dynamic fast paced work environment.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Push / pull, reach / lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate forklift, reach truck, electric pallet jack, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Perform tasks requiring action of muscles or groups of muscles such as walking, stooping, squatting and twisting.
• Salary based on experience.
