Warehouse supervisor needed in Poway. This is a position that requires both desk time and time and activity on the floor. We are an ecomm and wholesale business that ships mainly small quantity orders and some larger wholesale orders. We ship 200 - 800 orders per day, depending on season.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing a team of 4 - 5 plus seasonal employees

- Assign tasks according to priority and individual skills

- Train employees in best practices

- Maintain good communication between customer facing team and warehouse

Inventory control for accuracy for up to 20k individual skus

- Maintain accurate inventory

- Accurately plan and track inventory movement

- Prioritize orders

- Schedule picking, packing and shipping for accruacy and efficiency

Receiving and counting containers of product on a regular basis

- Accurately count all product and supplies in

- Split and stage product for storage and picking

Must be computer proficient

- Working familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Teams

- Able to create reports in Excel

- Able to pick up daily use of ERP software

Must be familiar with shipping software

- FedEx Ship Manager

- UPS WorldShip

- ShipStation

- Amazon SellerCentral.

Preparing shipments and scheduling pickups.

- Communicate with client's shipper

- Stage for pickup

Physical requirements of the position

- Able to lift 30#

- Able to spend up to 8 hours walking, standing, lifting and reaching.

- Able to work in non-climate controlled warehouse situation

Forklift certification a plus, will train if you don't have it

Full time with benefits

Monday - Friday, 8.00 - 4.30
