*Summary of Position: *
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse – Parts Lead oversees and participates in the ordering, receiving, storing and issuing of supplies, inventory, maintains receiving and inventory control, records and prepares related reports; serves as a Lead over one or more assigned warehouse functions; trains and provides lead work direction and guidance to assigned staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid US Driver’s License
• Understanding of warehouse operations, procedures, equipment, and terminology
• Operation of warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Health and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists in maintaining sufficient warehouse inventory to support daily operations.
• Ordering- Initiates PO requests and adjustments with Supply Chain.
• Investigates and corrects warehouse inventory discrepancies.
• Works with AP and Supply Chain to clear up invoicing issues.
• Routinely looks for opportunities to move obsolete inventory to other districts.
• Ensures proper Min-Max levels to support operations.
• Assists Warehouse Receiver with orders, discrepancies, and closing out purchase orders.
• Coordinates with crews on orders and requests and maintains communication on delayed orders.
• Maintains a well-organized process for all paperwork.
• Ensures Warehouse is clean and organized to preserve safe working conditions.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
