Job Summary: This position is responsible to work with management and ensure that stacking, dumping, and packing the produce in bags/boxes get performed in a safe and efficient manner in the same way as any other task assign by supervisor. Stacker/dumper will reassure that when completing any assign task, it is always on compliance with the proper protocols and procedures as per expectations; therefore, resulting in producing a final product that meets all policies and clients’ requests. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Stacking, Dumping, Loading and Unloading cardboard boxes..
  • Repetitive heavy lifting.
  • Follow company policy and safety rules.
  • Inspect and grade product within standards.
  • Weight specification must be met for all orders.
  • Inspect weight of product to assure that specifications are met.
  • Attach appropriate labels and tags to produce and packages.
  • Help dispose product in dumpster and maintain area clean.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined.
  • Stretch wrap products.
  • Must always wear employee badge ID inside the facility. Other Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assemble cardboard boxes.
  • Follow the chain of command.
  • Do not leave job post/area without notifying the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work to meet assigned deadlines.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
  • Rewraps new pallets of freight after breakdown for storage in warehouse.
  • Constant lifting.
  • Possible weekend shift must be assigned as needed. Skills/Performance

  • Physical demands: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; stand, use hands and arms. Able to communicate, talk and hear.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible shifts, such as morning or evenings, including Saturdays and Sundays. No set schedule, subject to change due to seasonal workload. Noise level is minimal. Ability to work with vibration, noise, heat, cold and moving parts. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be punctual and reliable. Commitment to safety. Employee must be able to work in extreme cold.
