Warehouse Operator employees play a critical role in the Operations department by controlling the quality of the products and processes that support our client base. Essential Duties:

• Load and unload trucks at the warehouse

• Conduct safe operation of forklift, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

• Build orders ranging from one box to a full truckload (30 pallets)

• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and ship orders

• Light assembly requiring the use of hand tools

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory

• Schedule shipments using UPS Worldship, LTL, and small package shipments online via our Transportation Management System with local carriers

• Fulfill orders via our online inventory system (Netsuite)

• Report inventory discrepancies

• Receive product accurately into inventory

• Maintain FIFO shipping process

• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet,s and work stations neat and orderly

• Wear required safety equipment

• Basic computer skills

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report

• Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, and lift gate

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System

• High attention to detail

• Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proper package handling at all times

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Comfortable using basic hand tools

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 4+ years of warehouse experience (preferred)

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
