We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics operations for our company.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to our warehouse and from our warehouse to customers.
· Work with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule and manage shipments.
· Track and monitor shipment progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
· Manage inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained.
· Continuously improve logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
· Analyze logistics data and provide recommendations to optimize logistics operations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
· 3 years of transportation logistics or operations experience required.
· Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in using logistics software and tools.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.85 per hour
