Warehouse/Dock Worker
Full-time M-F
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

We are looking for an efficient and hard-working Warehouse / Dock Worker to join our team to help us load, unload all trucks. Our Warehouse/Dock Worker will participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will use a forklift or pallet jack to move items to the staging area and make sure they are packaged correctly before loading them onto delivery trucks. You must also accurately log every shipment into our inventory system. Although there are no educational requirements for this role, you must have basic math and reading skills. Our ideal applicant has warehouse experience and forklift certification.
All applicants must be able to pass a drug test.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Monitoring the security of the dock area, ensuring that all doors and gates are properly secured.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Current forklift license
• Basic math skills
• At least 18 years old
• High School Degree
