• Full-time shifts run Sunday through Friday 1pm to finish
• Shift is a 4 day work week 10hrs per day
• Earn up to $22.00/hr (base pay + incentives)
• Cooler Base Pay: $16phr
• Freezer Base Pay: $17phr
• Full Benefit Package after 30 days
• Company provided Freezer/Cooler gear

Position Summary:

The 2nd Shift Warehouse Worker Freezer/Cooler Selector is responsible for selecting the correct product and quantity to fulfill customer orders.

Position Responsibilities:

• Retrieve product in accordance with printed customer orders in freezer/Cooler environment (Zero degrees F).
• Pull orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list and ensure usage of product with oldest date first; rotates goods.
• Consolidate merchandise onto pallets to build customer order using electric riding pallet jack
• Affix label to cases in order, for driver to accurately down-stack and deliver merchandise.
• Maintain clean, orderly workstation-returns supplies, merchandise to assigned locations and cleans work area at end of production shift.
• Perform other duties as required

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 10 lbs. regularly, up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Physical ability to handle objects, tools, and/or controls.
• Physical ability to stand for a significant period of time and walk continuously.
• Physical ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl.
• May require the ability to operate and/or be certified on various powered equipment.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment which will expose the incumbent to a variety of noise and potential extremes in temperature.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and/or 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work reliably from verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to apply general math skills.
• Intermediate computer knowledge and ability to learn/use computer programs on the job.
• Will require the ability to obtain certifications for powered equipment; such as Forklift operation.
