Kaye Personnel is looking for a Warehouse Associate for a company located in Moorestown, NJ.

Shift: 1st Monday-5am-2:30pm, Tuesday -Thursday 6am-2:30pm, Friday 6am-1:30pm

Pay: $17 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for packing shipments of wine according to company specifications
• Maintains quality control and accuracy of shipment
• Properly palletizes, shrink wraps and loads shipments
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Must maintain positive, friendly, and professional manner when dealing with co-workers
• Must complete all assigned tasks
• Contributes to team effort by assisting other areas as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-year prior experience working in warehouse environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Reliable and dependable; ability to follow direction
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
• Must have proven time management skills
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written
• Must have reliable transportation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem solving skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
