POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! The warehouse team is responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory of products. They ensure the right products in the correct quantities with the right information reaches customers efficiently and effectively. Warehouse Associates assemble orders, receive stock, fill inventory bins, and update system information.
Job Functions for Warehouse Associate I:
1) Receiving:
- Retrieve inbound packages and open safely
- Able to locate and place incoming product shipments accurately and quickly in identified bin locations utilizing an RF Gun
- Processes customer returns utilizing preset guidelines with the ability to differentiate products and packaging
- Records inbound receipt data as needed
2) Knowledge of product line:
- Able to identify products based on packaging and item number
- Ability to create and label repackaged products for various reasons
3) Inventory
- Data entry of cycle counts utilizing RF Guns
Qualifications for the Warehouse Associate I:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Knowledge of general warehouse shipping and receiving procedures preferred.

Compensation:
- Hourly + Monthly bonus potential
Physical Working Demands:
- Read, write, and understand and communicate by telephone using the English language.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
Working Environment:
Our workplace is in a temperature-controlled environment with better than adequate lighting. The noise level in the warehouse environment is occasionally noisy. (Bell ringing, and heavy communication between co-workers, company-paging system, trucks unloading at loading docks).
