Job Summary:

We are looking for a hard-working, honest, and friendly Warehouse Assistant Managers & Warehouse Workers to work at our warehouse. The candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable with managing workload and time without constant supervision.

Essential Job Functions (Warehouse Assistant Manager):

• Assist in the management of the warehouse and staff.
• Open and/or close the warehouse.
• Maintain awareness of our products, merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Receive and process shipments.
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures.
• Maintain the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Provide a good experience to employees.
• Hold employees accountable for following company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other managers on achieving goals (staffing, financial, etc).

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of retail management experience with knowledge of store operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be a mentor with the ability to develop team members and provide them with the tools and guidance to be successful.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to count and provide accurate quantity information.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Must be able to move throughout all areas of the warehouse including the outside perimeter.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must love the beach!!!!!!

Essential Job Functions (Warehouse Worker):

• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Prepare and move stock goods within warehouse.
• Prepare goods for shipment.
• Organize warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Drive a 26-foot box truck.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to count and provide accurate quantity information.
• Able to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver license.
