How will I make an impact?

As the VP of Sales at Shinydocs you will be accountable for building our global sales team with an accelerated revenue plan realizing the results supporting our scale and growth strategies. As part of the Executive Leadership Team and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role will play a key function in driving our software and strategy revenue goals, new customer growth and customer satisfaction. Ideally this role will be based in the US as we continue to grow our business relationships beyond borders.

Key Accountabilities and Experience:

  • Extensive Enterprise Software experience in building, leading, and managing expanding sales teams with experience and understanding of the data management industry
  • Software as a Service focused, having primary accountability for driving key SaaS growth metrics
  • Brings existing customer relationships that could benefit from Shinydocs solutions and opportunities to support their business outcomes
  • Results oriented is an understatement when it comes to achieving our goals and targets for the company
  • An inspirational sales leader whose team will learn from, grow with, and attract incredible sellers to join our Shinydocs sales teams
  • Chasm-crossing experience leveraging key early success to gain mainstream market capture.
  • A keen negotiator in working with small, medium, and large enterprise solutions ensuring that both the customer and our best interests are kept in mind for long-term relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility in delivery models from on-premises for largest deals, to public cloud for velocity and spotlight deals
  • Build global go to market scale with both direct and partner channel sales motions
  • Brings their broad expertise in scaling a software company to be in a leadership position recognized by industry experts, business leaders and partners.
  • Strong communicator and presenter with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willing collaborator within the company at all levels in support of our unique Shiny Culture and Values
