Job Description Summary:

The Vice President, Human Resource Centers of Excellence serves as a deputy to the system’s Chief Administrative Officer and
provides strategic organizational leadership for all HR centers of excellence within the system. The position is accountable for driving
strategy and execution for the organization’s day to day HR services. Managing a team of vice presidents across all HR functions, as
well as consultants and HR operations professionals, the VP will promote a high-performing, inclusive, and productive culture that
attracts, develops and retains a diverse and engaged workforce at all levels within OhioHealth.
The Vice President will advise and partner with the senior management team regarding a variety of organizational initiatives and will
translate strategic priorities into HR initiatives that promote the well-being of all OhioHealth associates. Reporting to the Chief
Administrative Officer, the VP helps ensure that the organizational HR strategy aligns with OhioHealth’s mission, vision, values, and
strategic direction. He/She/They will function as a strategic business advisor to the VP of each of the centers of excellence regarding
key organizational and management issues.
