Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented professional to add to our team:
Position: Visitor Toll Pass Customer Service Agent
Location: Orlando Airport
Pay: $18.54/hour
Hours: Every two months your schedule rotates from one shift to the other (to include holidays and weekends) 7:45AM – 4:30PM and 3:30PM – 12:15AM
Description:
Reporting to the Visitor Toll Program (VTP) CSR Mentor, Supervisor and Special Project Manager, the VTP Customer Service Representative - (VTP CSR) is responsible for providing effective and efficient customer service to prospective rental car customers. VTP CSRs will be cross-trained in various operations roles but will primarily provide customer facing support. VTP CSRs interactions are expected to be performed in a positive manner ensuring that the customer receives prompt and professional attention throughout the Orlando International Airport project. The VTP CSR will handle transponder management duties that range from collection to tracking to stocking on site equipment.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and provide a path to resolving various issues such as account balances payment information, disputes, account inquiries, payment negotiations and phone payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction while adjusting their approach to accommodate all levels of the customer service experience
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and demonstrating advanced account and/or project knowledge.
  • Use software to source and input customer data accurately as related to the inquiry
  • Consistently meet or exceed minimum production standards set for the program.
  • Follow and maintain compliance, quality assurance, and client-specific standards on all accounts handled.
  • Provide basic care & maintenance of on-site equipment.
  • Collect, track and record information into the software systems
Required Education and Experience:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent education.
  • Intermediate data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor both in person and over the phone
  • One (1) plus years’ experience of demonstrated customer support experience.
  • Computer proficiency to include accurate typing capability
Technical Skills:
  • Must be skilled in use of PC and Mobile applications and possess the ability to perform intermediate data entry skills.
  • Open availability to work various shifts – morning or night shifts, 7 days a week, including weekends & holidays
