Virtual Administrative Assistant Job at Spec Simple
An interiors and architectural design products information company is seeking an administrative assistant to start immediately.
This position is:
- fast paced
- requires attention to detail, organizational skills
Primary duties include:
- Calling manufacturer’s to find client’s rep information
- Data entry
- Communicating with client’s, manufacturer’s, and reps via email
You MUST:
- be a self-starter
- be comfortable using GSuite products and willing to learn new software programs and internet based applications
- have a reliable internet connection
- be available to work during typical business hours during certain parts of projects
This position is fully remote, CONTRACT position, pay starts at $13 per hour.
10-15 hours per week to start.
While this is a contract position, the primary work function of making phone calls must be done during normal business hours (M-F 9AM - 4 PM EST).
