Role Responsibilities:
- Experience is preferred, however not necessary. Full training is available to all employees.
- Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Enter orders into computers POS system for transmittal to kitchen staff.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Knowledge of menu, with the ability to make suggestions to guests.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and take action to correct any problems that may arise.
Skills & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No experience required.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with team members.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Ability to work in fast paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
