Vice President of Operations (Senior Care) Job at Confidential
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for supporting the Company in its efforts to achieve home, regional and statewide business and growth goals in accordance with individuals' needs, government regulations, and policies and procedures.
In this capacity, you will be expected to help grow our network of homes and build a strong operating unit in your region while providing handson support and leadership for our Operations team.
- Support our growth efforts in Minnesota with the assistance of our senior leadership team.
- Operate assigned portfolio in a manner that will ensure we hit company revenue and margin targets.
- Ensure clinical compliance and effectiveness set by the company and/or our customers.
- Manage and train your portfolio management team to meet or exceed established budgets in all situations.
- Monitor staffing hours and overtime closely.
- Ensure positive individual, family, and employee relations by responding promptly and appropriately to their needs, requests, concerns, and suggestions.
- Manage state and local relationships with regulators that refer individuals and maximize the census of each home in your region.
- Develop plans and oversee marketing and conference opportunities for attracting referrals to your homes, follow-up with prospective individuals and ensure we hit occupancy targets.
- Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and supervise staff under you direct leadership and assist our field managers within your portfolio with the same.
- Help contract for approved services needed in Minnesota, and direct and evaluate the performance of all service contractors.
- Ensure performance of administrative duties including month-end reports: Timely and accurate completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly billings, and accounting and bookkeeping requirements (i.e., individuals served, A/R, A/P, payroll, collections, etc. as defined by CFO)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
