Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional who will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of various aspects of marketing to advance awareness of PM Pediatric Care’s mission and support the rapid growth of our various service lines.
Description
- Develop overall marketing strategy and build a recognizable, trusted brand platform through effective campaigns, activations and media programs
- Deliver both short- and long-term brand value
- Drive all marketing objectives, campaigns, programming, and analysis
- Translate high-level goals into actionable strategies, allocating budget and resources against a fast-growing business
- Evolve brand strategy to create best-in-category campaigns and media programs that drive top-of-the-funnel awareness, consumer demand, and bottom-funnel conversion
- “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
- Cultivate, engage and create value for our growing community of parents and patients
- Know how to rationalize programs and ideas, recognize strategic business priorities, solve problems, demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, and have comfort navigating complexity
- Partner with advertising agency for overall brand amplification, acquisition of new leads and conversions by creating high-quality concepts, graphics, and layouts for online and print marketing collateral, promotional and event signage, brand materials, and sales support collateral
- Own budget and execution of all marketing initiatives across the entire marketing mix inclusive of brand guidelines, advertising materials, email, and print while ensuring the budget delivers maximum ROI and growth
- Support multiple national meetings, event and large-scale conferences by leading meeting and event planning strategy, including site selection, vendor relationships, event registration, marketing, and post-event reporting
- Lead, inspire and mentor Marketing Team members to ensure project alignment, goal achievement and career growth
- Directly engage in and support the team in the successful cross-sell of various lines of business and develop strong partnerships with core cross functional teams. Ensure alignment with goals, directions and deliverables
Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of marketing experience – Experience in hospital, consumer health, or pharma industries a plus
- 10+ years of experience managing and leading marketing services/creative teams
- Proven track record in driving productivity and efficient businesses processes while creating innovative and targeted campaigns and programs that generate results
- Experience driving marketing vision and strategy in new markets
- Experience with visual design principles and content creation
- Articulate leader with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong strategic planning/financial acumen
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline from an accredited institution required; MBA/Master’s degree preferred
