The VP of IT Infrastructure leads IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering technology innovation, prioritizing IT Infrastructure initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization to ensure flexible, effective systems able to adjust to reasonable future demands consistent with business plans. Provides leadership and support for Information Technology operations staff. Implements information technology policies, standards, processes, and procedures and places them into operational practice. Ensuring that the proposed and existing infrastructure and network architecture are aligned with the company’s business objectives. Oversees data protection and disaster recovery aspects of business continuity, coordinates the business impact analysis process and the creation of response plans, coordinates exercising and testing, and perform a post-incident review of the recovery plans. RESPONSIBILITIES Establish Infrastructure goals, objectives, and operating procedures; direct continuous improvement of the staff, equipment, and procedures to maintain pace with technological progress, economic change, and business needs. Oversees IT Infrastructure ensuring reliability and availability of data centers, infrastructure, and enterprise applications. Responsible for working cross-functionally throughout the organization to coordinate, develop, and implement information technology activities across the corporate environment. Protect against unauthorized access to or use of such information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer, employee, or the Company. Approves appropriate methods for protecting mobile devices, computer networks and other.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required;. * 10+ years of information technology management experience, most in infrastructure management and infrastructure services provision (including people and team leadership). * Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure processes, methods, and techniques. * . * Skills related to operating platforms/software including VMware, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365. * Expert knowledge on SAN technologies (iSCSI and FC). * Linux and AIX knowledge desirable * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Expert understanding of how technology relates to business, market and industry and applies strategic planning and direction as it relates to high-level business and customer needs. * Experience in network/systems security preferred. * Technology integration experience. Critical Skills / Expertise * Ability to break down complex problems to make decisions and drive progress; strong strategic planning, project management and collaborative leadership skills * Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of technology infrastructure operations and security programs. * Proven project management skills.
