PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic is looking to add a compassionate Veterinary Technician Assistant to their team. We have a welcoming, positive work environment and offer a four-day work week. Key responsibilities:

• Assist DVM and technicians with patient restraint and medical treatments
• Communicate effectively with clinical team and clients
• Comfortable with client education (reviewing medications, relaying treatment plans and discharge instructions)
• Obtain radiographs and perform in house bloodwork
• Clean exam rooms and replenish inventory as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Urgent care or ER experience preferred but not required
• Able to commit to evening and weekend shifts
