Vendor Program Sr. Analyst
The Vendor Program Sr. Analyst performs the day-to-day activities related to the organization's vendor program office framework, reporting, and governance structure. Under general supervision, this job guides business partners in completing program requirements, maintains the program and procedures, and reviews regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Supports the standardization of the vendor management framework and promotes a culture of vendor risk management within the first line business units.

  • Reviews data to ensure quality and accuracy of data input into the vendor management systems.

  • Executes the day-to-day management and implementation of the vendor program framework, reporting, and monitoring.

  • Participates in the formulation of vendor management work flow processes.

  • Contributes to vendor management procedures and policy development.

  • Oversees day-to-day activities for the vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems to ensure and promote program compliance.

  • Performs analysis for program reporting and metrics.

  • Provides audit and regulatory responses support as needed.

  • Identifies areas for ongoing process improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline
  • Masters / Advance Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline
  • Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Experience with Coupa Risk Assess system preferred
  • Knowledge of third party and risk management processes and methodologies preferred
Essential Functions:
  • Performance and oversight of the day-to-day enterprise vendor portfolio lifecycle activities for risk assessment, due diligence, monitoring, issues management, and termination
  • Provides analysis and support for effective vendor risk mitigation
  • Provide support for the identification of emerging risks and trends that could impact program
  • Identifies areas for ongoing process improvement
  • Serves as SME within assigned area to support and train business partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure quality of data input into the vendor management systems•
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed

Base Pay Range: $68,300/yr. - $113,800/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
