Van Driver and Behavioral Assistant

Alta Care Group is seeking a part-time Van Driver and Behavioral Assistant. This person will be responsible for the safe transportation of Alta service recipients to and/or from Alta Programs and Services in Alta owned vehicles. The Van Driver and Behavioral Assistant is under the direct supervision of our Mental Health Day Treatment Coordinator. This individual ensures the safe and timely transport of consumers while providing a comfortable services from origin of the trip until reaching their final destination. Additionally, the Van Driver and Behavioral Assistant may provide support to mental health day treatment programming during scheduled work hours when not transporting clients.

Candidate must be at least 23 years old and can drive a 15-passenger van. This individual must have the ability and willingness to work primarily afternoon and evening hours on weekdays, and occasional daytime hours on Saturdays. Work schedule fluctuates depending on the needs of clients and the schedule of services provided.
