Hines is a nationwide leader in personalized managed health care. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable candidate to join our growing team as a Utilization Review Support Assistant!
The Utilization Review Support Assistant will support the Utilization Review department by assisting with various office duties in order to maintain the efficiency of workflow within our Utilization Review Team. Specifically, the UR Support Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor and route faxes on the electronic fax server to the appropriate staff as assigned
- Assist with preparing and posting outgoing correspondence as assigned.
- Assist with follow-up on returned mail – entering updated data and reprocessing as assigned.
- Scanning and electronic distribution of mailed records as assigned.
- Follow URAC, HIPAA & Hines guidelines re: confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE: At least six months in an office setting with similar experience
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to proof written material accurately. Accurate data entry ability. Ability to organize a large variety of tasks and prioritize as directed by the assigned URA Team Leader. Ability to work with a variety of professional staff and provide clerical backup as needed for that staff.
