The Used Car Technician plays an intricate role in our dealership because it allows us to offer our services to a wider range of clientele. You would spend most of your time diagnosing issues and repair work. The ideal candidate would be an individual with prior automotive technician experience with a great work ethic.

Used Car Technician Job Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Keep the shop area neat and clean.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.

Used Car Technician Benefits and Compensation

• $18-$28 per hour.

Used Car Technician Qualifications

• 1-3 year prior automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Personal Tools

Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen – THC not included in screening.
