The US Marketing Manager is an integral role in ensuring Ksubi connects with key influencers, media, and key wholesale & brand partners in our US market. Reporting to the GM of Marketing, this role will support Global PR and Marketing strategies to ensure they are executed successfully in the US market.

A Day in the Life...

  • You oversee the community management of our key social platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring that our community feels seen and is engaged with in a way that reflects our brand personality
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing and Retail teams to drive all retail marketing activity, delivering successful in-store brand activations, events and store openings
  • You oversee our US gifting program, working to ensure that we curate a list of talent and celebrities that help strengthen our brand position and raise awareness of our new collections, including hosting one-to-one appointments in our retail stores and showroom
  • You will take a lead role in the execution of events in the US including guest lists, talent dressing and gifting, photography/media walls and pitching for press coverage. Events may include collection previews; press days; influencer gifting suites; store launches and our own brand events
  • Work collaboratively with the US wholesale team on co-op marketing opportunities to drive our wholesale business, attending key sales appointment when required to provide additional support

This is you if you have…

Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences

  • 3+ years’ experience in a PR or Marketing role at the same level, agency or in house
  • Previous experience in a similar retail or luxury streetwear brand
  • Deep understanding of all communication and engagement channels and ‘best practice’ approach to deliver the brand experience across all
  • Great influencer, strong negotiator, and outstanding communicator – both verbal and written
  • The ability to demonstrate implementation and execution skills – can get the best out of people and partners
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor and supplier management
  • Strong experience in the account management of high-profile brands
  • In depth understanding of both global retail and youth trends desirable
  • Degree or Diploma qualification in PR or Marketing is desirable
