QuickStart is seeking someone who is passionate about relationships with a strong professional history of partnership management. This person will take a lead role with QuickStart University partnerships. The initial focus is to nurture existing relationships and ensure all partners receive outstanding communication and support on an ongoing basis. Beyond account management, we are looking for someone who can deepen those relationships, finding ways to partner beyond the transactional. Additionally, this person will assist in prospecting and bringing on new academic partners.
Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
· Manage and continuously improve account management processes and client communication strategies to drive satisfaction and retention
· Own implementation and day-to-day management of both new and established accounts and all client-facing activities, including reporting and regular cadence meetings
· Continuously iterate upon client-facing reporting and data sharing.
· Work with internal cross-functional teams to align and communicate priorities, roadmaps and deliverables to clients
· Serve as primary POC for assigned partners and be the “voice of the partner”
· Share regular student performance and business insights with partners
· Ensure that all UP-side dependencies (marketing, technology, operations and data, CX, etc.) are executed on schedule and in concert for all launches and expansions of business
· Assist in prospecting and winning new partners within Higher Education that align within the overall objectives of the company
· Deliver compelling customer presentations that expertly articulate the QuickStart value proposition
· Maintain current and accurate information on account status and sales activity in CRM system
Minimum Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated success working and managing relationships remotely
- Track record of bringing together internal and external stakeholders, managers, and individual contributors together to deliver extraordinary results
- Track record of partner satisfaction and external and internal relationship-building
- Track record of managing multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously to deliver desired results and meet business targets.
- Support in prospecting and selling partnership solutions
- Operate with a sense of urgency, be aggressive, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude
- Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Possess the ability to understand complex client requirements and to clearly articulate QuickStart’s offerings to develop solutions to meet those requirements
- Possess understanding of current technologies important to Information Technology professionals
- Ability to develop and sustain critical relationships across client and prospect base
- Exceptional overall communication skills
- Willingness to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
