Payroll, Receptionist with Office Manager Skills NEEDED

We are a premier nursing care facility located at 17650 Devonshire

in Northridge, and need help with onboarding employees, managing their payroll,

answering phones and performing a wide range of clerical duties.

To be successful you should have a servants heart, compassion for

seniors, and a kind, patient, flexibly personality able to engage with staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED or work experience)
• Extreme confidentiality (keeping employee salaries and personal information protected)
• SMILES – Proud to be at our nursing stations, greeting visitors, answering phones and ensuring only qualified individuals are allowed into the building (sign in’s, temperature checks, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (answer phones, following up, etc.)
• Basic computer skills and experience with office equipment
• Good phone voice and ability to juggle multiple phone lines and other clerical tasks
• Cheerful disposition, able to handle stressful situations and/or upset patients/family members with tact and kindness
