UAS Assessment Nurse-Spanish/Russian/English Preferred Job at Complete Care Management
X-Treme Care is a leading home care agency in New York that has been operational for almost 20 years. We are looking for fee for service UAS Assessment nurses to assess patients in the New York area.
These assessments will be performed on behalf of select Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform a comprehensive MLTC in-home assessment
- Completing all documentation in accordance with New York State and Agency regulations
- Data entry into the HCS system of information gathered during the visit
- Video call ( Facetime / zoom ) OR in-person
- Monthly caseload - Flexible! You can make your decision.
- Rate: $140-$150 per case per reassessment
- Rate: $200 per case for enrollment
Qualifications and Skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Current and Valid NYS RN License
- Good communication, patient care and assessment skills
- UAS experience preferred
Pay: $140.00 - $150.00 per hour
