SOLUTE, Inc., a Sigma Defense Systems company, is looking for a BMD Tactical Operations expert to join the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) team as a BMD Tactical Operations SME. Must have TS/SCI Clearance and 5 years' experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training, or operations.

We need the rare skill sets you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).

DTAS Contract Description:

• Security Clearance:
  • “Top Secret”/ “Sensitive Compartmented Information” (TS/SCI) level clearance at time of proposal submission.
• Minimum Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, No specific discipline.
• Minimum Experience Requirements:
  • 5 years experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training or operations.
  • Attained Aegis BMD Watch Officer.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training or operations.
• Attained Aegis BMD Watch Officer.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities:

• Working on-site at TTGP during BMD events (BMDEXs, FST, and LVC events), providing mentor ship onboard/pier side during events and classroom instructor for BMD courses held by TTGP.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually.
