Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:00PM

Pay: $14.30 per hour

Job Purpose: Must deliver all carton to the correct trailer, LTL pallet, carrier staging location, or shipping office for carrier pick-up.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Sort packages based on carrier.
• Make sure packages are not damaged and pulled out for repackage if damaged.
• Stage bins at induction for recirculation.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Supports other DC areas to facilitate customer order processing; including but not limited to replenishment, receiving, picking, truck loading, and confirmation.
• Build open carton inventory in all sizes as needed, for labeling and order processing.

Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Teamwork- Contributes to building a positive team spirit.

Computer skills- Working knowledge and administration of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus; Microsoft Office is also a plus.

Physical Demands- Frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work environment- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
