Flora Terra is looking for full-time Trimming Technicians in Santa Rosa CA.
The right candidate demonstrates proficiency, organization, calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; is resourceful and able to work both independently and with a team, and prioritizes quality. This candidate will be trained on processes associated with the production, assembly, and packaging of all flower products including bulk flower and pre-rolls. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, and great time management skills.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Work in a Legal, Compliant, and Regulated Cannabis facility.
Package plant material into proper containers/packaging with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations
Trim Cannabis Flower to meet Quality Standards
Apply trimming Knowledge/Experience
Maintain Productivity and Efficiency
Ability to trim at least 700 grams per day
