Job Title: Surgical Scrub Technician

Location: Tahlequah, OK (USA)

Salary: $2000-2200Weekly

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Surgical Scrub Technician to join our team at a hospital in Tahlequah, OK. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality surgical services to our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain the surgical suite, surgical instruments, and equipment before and after the surgical procedures

- Anticipate the surgical team's needs and assist during the surgery as required

- Scrub in to assist in any surgical procedure including setting up equipment, preparing patients, and passing instruments/tools to the surgical team

- Ensure all instruments are sterile, organized and returned to the sterilization room after each surgery

- Adhere to established hospital policies and procedures, especially when it comes to maintaining a sterile environment

- Perform routine maintenance on surgical equipment and report any malfunctions or damage immediately.

- Communicate with surgical team members and hospital staff on a regular basis to ensure the highest quality patient care

Job Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Certification in surgical technology

- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a surgical environment

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be able to multitask while performing under pressure

- Must comply with all hospital safety and infection control standards

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
