Primary description:****We need 3 (rad techs) Diagnostic Technologist to cover 7 days. The ideal time for 3 technologist is 10 am to 8 pm Monday through Sunday or the midnight shift from 12 am to 8 am Monday to Friday. The Technologist should be comfortable performing portables, working on the floor, and running the C-arms in the OR when needed. Current NJ Department of Environmental Protection Diagnostic Radiography license

Current ARRT certification or be ARRT eligible.

One (1) year of experience in Diagnostic Radiology preferred.

Computer literacy.

The successful candidate will be trained to become proficient in Bone Density scans

Maintain valid certification by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR.

The individual must be able to pass a medical evaluation and a respirator fit test and wear an N95 particulate filter respirator mask in accordance with PEOSHA standards as a condition of employment.

Annual Respirator Fit Testing required.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to twenty (20) pounds. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time while wearing a lead apron and other protective apparatus. Must possess good manual dexterity and good hearing acuity. This position requires sitting under 1/3 of the time, use of hands to finger, handle, or feel to 2/3 of the time, reach with hands and arms under 1/3 of the time, stooping, crawling, kneeling, crouching under 1/3 of the time, talking or hearing more than 2/3 of the time.
