As Transportation Supervisor YOU GET TO:

• Supervise day to day operations of transportation department
• Ensure safety and operation of all agency owned vehicles
• Direct, plan and maintain high standard of inspection, maintenance, and efficiency of transportation department.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administrative duties including maintaining logs, reports and records
• Day to day operations and training for transportation department
• Oversight of vehicle repair and maintenance
• Develop and oversee annual budget and track department receipts
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of data and information

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/ GED REQUIRED; Associates Degree Preferred
• 5) five years related experience and/or training
• Must possess a valid Ohio Drivers License – CDL with Passenger endorsement
• Must be able to comply with Koinonia Home’s insurance requirements:
  • At least 25 years old with (3) three years of driving experience
  • Clean driving record – with no more than (4) four points or (2) two moving violations for past (3) three years
• Knowledge of Federal, state, and local laws in conjunction with the Ohio Department of IDD and the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities preferred.

Experience

• CDL

• 3 - 5 years: Supervisor or Managerial Experience

Education

• High School or better

• Associates or better
