Transport/Body Removal Job at GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME
Job responsibilities and requirements: PLEASE READ!!!!!
Funeral assistant/Transport/ removal candidate will be responsible for assisting funeral directors, picking up the reamains of deceased from residents, nursing homes, hospitals, etc., light clerical duties, night calls, and assisting with funerals.
Full Time (10 days on, 4 days off)
Heavy Lifting 150 plus pounds
Long drives are very common 100 miles plus
Dress code is business attire: (suit,dress shirt, matching socks, dress shoes,tie and belt.)
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles.
Must have reliable transportaion.
MUST HAVE A WORKING CELL PHONE OR LAND LINE (Must be available via phone 24/7)
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be clean and well groomed
Must live within 15 minutes of west monroe.
No visible Tattoos or Exotice dental work.
Using cell phone during work hours unless it is an EMERGENCY. This is NOT tolerated.
Must have presentable teeth, hair, etc. This is a PROFESSIONAL envionment.
