Training & Support Coordinator Job at Piney Technical Services
This is a remote position in Duluth, GA for a Training and Support Coordinator.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Managing learning management system(s)
- Coordinating training related activities
- Supporting with training events using virtual platforms
- Address field team member questions and needs
- Support Administrative related activities
- Answer Sales and Customer Operations questions and issues
- Navigate / Use proprietary systems (i.e., LMS, CRM),
- Troubleshoot system issues as needed
- Experience working in a fast paced virtual environment
- Sales Experience a plus
