Cervello Global Corporation dba Cervello Technologies is seeking a Training Specialist to provide Digital Training Facility Manager (DTFM) Services and will support and operate the DTF equipment operations and maintenance and assist DTF located CONUS and OCONUS Active Army and Amry Reserve Installations. Place of Performance will be in Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico
JOB DUTIES / EXPERTISE:
- General knowledge of software applications
- Experience with operating IT equipment,
- Experience workstation set-up
- Familiarity with networked systems
- Possess customer service experience including resolving issues related to desktop IT resources
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and strong communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently on projects and/or tasks
