Training Coordinator, Instructor Logistics Job at National Council for Mental Wellbeing
Position Summary
As directed by the Team Lead, the Training Coordinator is accountable for creating and coordinating the logistics of 5+ Instructor courses each week. This includes entering accurate data, shipping materials, and providing exceptional customer support to instructor candidates and National Trainers. Working as part of the Client Services team, this role will be required to provide basic technical assistance to instructor candidates on multiple systems and platforms including our CRM, LMS, Zoom, and Portal via email and phone.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for the coordination of in-person and virtual events for tMHFA Instructors. Tasks could include creating courses in an LMS, reviewing applications, registering participants, and coordinating training logistics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Instructor candidates providing exceptional customer support to instructor training candidates and National Trainers including technical assistance across system platforms including the LMS, Zoom, and CRM portal, and support general inquiries about becoming an instructor
- Data entry for the creation and maintenance of instructor training events and assist with material shipment for teen instructor training
- Serve as a liaison with the administration, finance, and communication team around invoices, venues, and training promotion
- Represent MHFA at all times in an ethical and professional manner
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years as an event coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Experience using a CRM database and/or Learning Management System (LMS) or other
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office—MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint comparable system
- 1-2 years of project management experience is a plus, but not required
- Outstanding customer, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Results-oriented with high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels with professionalism and diplomacy
- Team-oriented and enthusiastic about client success
