TMA/Certified Nursing Assistant
Birchwood Care Home, a 60 bed Board and Care facility specializing in behavioral health, located in the Uptown area of South Minneapolis has openings for a .6 part time TMA/CNA position 3-10pm shift. We are a unique facility with a dynamic team that gives our population the compassion of a small family like atmosphere while offering resident centered care.

Job duties include;

• Trained Medication Aide: Assists with giving medications by EMAR/ETAR per scope of practice and can interchange as CNA when scheduler indicates its necessary.
• Certified Nursing Assistant duties; assists residents with their personal needs related to activities of daily living offering cues, reminders and hands on assist as necessary, and does so under a nurse’s supervision.
• Applicants must have current Certification for TMA and be listed in MN. Nursing Assistant Registry.
• We work with kindness and compassion, require accountability and responsibility in attendance, high motivation and positivity, as well as having good interpersonal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with staff and residents.

Job Types: Full Time .8 Day shift (6:15am-2pm) and Part-Time (.9) day shift (7-1 pm) Position

Salary: $17.50 to $18.50 /hour
