The Traffic & Media Coordinator at Batteries Plus incorporates project management, production knowledge, and process mastery. The primary function of this role is to work as a liaison that coordinates between Batteries Plus's in-house marketing and creative teams and the external marketing and media vendors, to produce and deliver all marketing and media related projects. The Marketing Project Scheduler sets a schedule of deadlines for the completion of all jobs and assigns resources to each necessary step in the process, monitors the progress of the project, and communicates with the appropriate parties as needed. Responsibilities:

• Acts as key point of contact for marketing social media, local media print and production vendors, directing resource assignments and timelines, and addressing needs as they arise.
• Responsible for defining process and identifying process breakdowns, continually reviewing, and revising procedures and objectives as needed to improve operations.
• Owns the project management system calendar (Asana), entering projects and defining timelines, and tracking progress
• Assign projects and check the statuses of outstanding tasks.
• Provide a daily priority list to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocks.
• Communicate any issues with the team, vendors, and business partners.
• Conduct weekly project status meetings to gather and share information with marketing, performance marketing, category, agencies/vendors and the business leads.
• Initiate new projects in project management system (Asana) and create timelines and tasks for the work to be done.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years experience in Marketing, including project management
