The Manager/Director will manage and lead in all operational, educational, compliance, and administrative areas. The Manager/Director will work directly with students and staff to ensure the best possible experience. He or she will oversee all campus operations, monitoring of requirements, observation of classrooms and spa/salon, maintenance of records, and ensuring all issues pertaining to enrollment, attendance, education and progress towards graduation, licensure and placement are addressed and met.

Summary of Responsibilities Include:

• Provide leadership, development, and guidance to staff and students in all areas, ensuring that the school culture supports student success at all levels.
• Assist with hiring, managing, training, developing, and motivating all campus staff.
• Operate campus in a positive and upbeat manner.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to: Department of Education, Cosmetology State Licensing agencies, NACCAS, etc.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven leadership, management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to implement and execute established policies and procedures.
• Multi-tasker.
• Computer skills a must.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of practical experience in program taught at the school

or

• 5 years of teaching experience in program taught at the school

or

• 5 years of administrative/supervisory experience

or

• Baccalaureate or higher degree in business administration, educational administration, or public administration
