Trade Desk Analyst Job at CoreCap Investments
CoreCap Advisors, LLC is a mid-sized independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) located in the Detroit suburbs with an affiliated broker-dealer.
The role of the Trade Desk Analyst is to support the firm’s registered representatives and investment advisor representatives in executing tasks specific to the functions of the CoreCap trading and support desk.
Summary of Essential Job Functions (included but not limited to):
· Guide and coach advisors through trading processes as needed within Amplify technology platform and TD Ameritrade VEO website
· Support internal and external stakeholders on Amplify Platform
· Assist advisors with portfolio reviews, analysis and proposals
· Participate in weekly meetings with Amplify to share feedback and identify platform enhancements
· Daily review of incoming signal subscriptions and set up model changes. Setup, validate and execute model changes and document steps for compliance review and approval
· Limited compliance related principal functions specific to account and trade approvals
· Review product rate structures, compile the information and disseminate to reps and advisors
· Conduct due diligence on investment products as needed in support of the Investment Policy, Products and Services committee
· Participate in weekly meetings of the Investment Policy, Products and Services committee
· Maintain firm models and create new models based on advisor requests
· Represent the Trade Desk during bi-weekly leadership team meeting
· Special projects as required
Qualifications:
· Possession of Series SIE, 65/66, 7, 4 & 24 or equivalent is required
· College degree or equivalent experience required
· Prior knowledge of securities industry and terminology required
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products
· Prior trade desk experience desired
· Financial services and/or legal experience required
· Ability to learn quickly and understand complex processes
· Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities
· Ability to work well on a team, or independently
· Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
· Strong attention to detail is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
