RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the parts inventory and track all expenses.
- Work with dispatch and other drivers.
- Effectively train and supervise all parts warehouse associates to meet our business needs.
- Keep current on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
- Knowledge and compliance with the federal, state, and local regulations that affect operation.
- Ensure that all employees follow their assigned work schedules and enforce to the absenteeism, reporting and tardiness policy.
- Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
- Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
- Ensure all company safety procedures are followed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of Toyota Parts Manager experience required
- Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
- Valid driver's license
