RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Work with dispatch and other drivers.
• Effectively train and supervise all parts warehouse associates to meet our business needs.
• Keep current on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
• Knowledge and compliance with the federal, state, and local regulations that affect operation.
• Ensure that all employees follow their assigned work schedules and enforce to the absenteeism, reporting and tardiness policy.
• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
• Ensure all company safety procedures are followed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of Toyota Parts Manager experience required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
• Valid driver's license
